Shipping options: 
We deliver to your address or you can pick up your order for free at our stores (18 St John Rd, Houghton, Johannesburg, 2198)

Calculation:
Shipping is calculated based on the location of the shipping address you provide. If your shipping address resides in Johannesburg or Pretoria, shipping is free of charge

Time: 
Delivery requires 2 to 7 business days from the date of online payment processing (depending on stock levels at the time of purchase) and 2 to 5 business days from the dispatch date (depending on which delivery service has been chosen on Check Out).

Couriers: 
We use Zultrans shipping for heavier items (<5KG) & MDS/ Postnet for lighter items (>5KG). If you would like to arrange your own courier to collect please notify us in advance.

Free Pickup option: 
If you would like to pickup your order, please bring with you your ID and your order number. Please note pickup requires 48hours from the time of online payment processing.
